"A bit pricey for what it is"
I ordered from Pedal Revolution and it was fine overall, nothing went wrong really. Delivery turned up when expected and the item was okay. But I did come away feeling like I’d paid more than I needed to, especially after checking a few other places afterwards. Their site makes everything sound very slick and reassuring, but I’m always a bit wary of that kind of polished sales talk when the price doesn’t quite match up. I probably wouldn’t buy from them again unless there was a decent discount or sale on.

I ordered the bike thinking it would show up in time for a few weekend rides, especially since the weather has finally been decent here, but it ended up arriving much later than expected. The most frustrating part was that there weren’t any proper delivery updates, so I was just kind of checking and waiting without knowing what was going on.

"Disappointing bike service experience"
I took my bike in for a service and left feeling frustrated. I wasn’t expecting miracles, but I did expect it to come back feeling properly sorted.
The gears were still rough afterwards, and I ended up having to fiddle with it myself the next day. When I tried to raise it, it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue, which made the whole thing even more annoying.
For what I paid, I expected the basics to be done right. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but I wouldn’t go back there for servicing

The return itself was straightforward and it did get sorted in the end. The only annoying part was the warranty side of things, replies were really slow. Support kept coming back with stuff like “we’re looking into it” and “thanks for your patience,” but there were long gaps between messages. Not a terrible experience overall, just slower than I’d hoped.

I went in hoping to get a bit of advice, but, the staff didn’t seem to know much beyond the basics. They were nice enough, and friendly, but when I asked about parts, they just weren’t that helpful. I left feeling a bit unsure, and ended up having to look it all up myself afterwards

I did end up getting the help I needed, but the replies were slower than I would’ve liked. I was kind of just sitting there waiting, which was a bit frustrating for me

I’m picky about bike parts, so I was happy to see these felt sturdy and well made right away. There was a small scratch on one of the pedals, which was a little annoying, but it’s not a big deal for me. Overall, I think the quality is really good for what I paid.

So... I kept following up and trying to get an answer, but I never really heard back. It was frustrating having to chase and still not get a response.
